Matsuri season.

It must be the Gee genes that cause the compulsion to climb up sheer surfaces with knobbly lumps attached. Lisa needs a few pointers from Mace but with a little coaching should be ready for the Eiger by next year.
Typical stinkin' ####'n hot day here in Tokyo but I'm on holiday now so I don't care. Just living under the aircon. Went to the local street festival yesterday for the sixth year in a row. I really have to get a life. Pin insisted on wearing a kimono because the need to show off outweighed the need to avoid heat exhaustion. She won 5 goldfish and as predicted most died during the night and got flushed. Our explanation to Lisa involved a convoluted story about their parents coming to take them back to their home pond to continue their education. A goldfish without a university education will encounter a glass ceiling when attempting to obtain a position in management. She bought the story anyway and so we are left with one fish. His job is to keep the diplomatic ties open at this end in case of any future tension in the region.
I give him 3 days.

Ahem, don't worry, goldfish everywhere. I am in fact a stunt goldfish. In fact, by the time this program comes out, I will be doing the new James Bond film. So, there's no need to write in.
